Breathe Better, Live Better: the RIGHT Way and the WRONG Way to Breathe

In this video, I’m going to share with you the difference between functional and dysfunctional breathing. As a breathwork biohacker, I often get asked what is the right way to breathe and what is the wrong way to breathe. But the truth is, there is not a one-size-fits-all answer. It depends on the situation and what your body needs in that moment.

I’ll explain why mouth breathing, fast breathing, and chest breathing can be both functional and dysfunctional depending on the context, and how to recognize signs of dysfunctional breathing in yourself. By understanding functional breathing and dysfunctional breathing, you can learn to build a better relationship with your breath and use it as a tool to manage stress and improve your overall well-being.
